Licensed since 2004 and located in Bozeman, Montana, Branif Scott is a seasoned, successful real estate professional and is one of Fay Ranches’ top producers. Branif’s passion for the land, love for the Rocky Mountain region, and honesty and sincerity when working with and helping clients has propelled him to the top of his field as an expert in income-producing farms, high-end properties, recreational ranches, and other types of large landholdings and exclusive homes.

Born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Branif prides himself on his midwestern work ethic and values. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin in 1990, and before making the transition to real estate, Branif held positions in professional sales, marketing, and business management. Before joining Fay Ranches, Branif worked with the top-producing real estate agency in Big Sky, Montana selling high-end properties at the Yellowstone Club, Spanish Peaks Club, Big Sky Resort, and Moonlight Basin. In 2010, Branif assisted in opening the PureWest Christie’s International Real Estate of Big Sky office, where he built a successful real estate career selling both high-end properties and upscale homes in and around the recreational playground of Big Sky, Montana.

After nine years of making his mark as a top producing agent in Big Sky, Branif expanded into income-producing farms, recreational ranches, and significant land acquisitions here at Fay Ranches. Branif is one of the very few agents in Montana who understands all facets of the different markets and niches Montana has to offer.

Branif’s nineteen years of experience and involvement in many diverse types of transactions has resulted in a proven understanding of value-added land acquisitions, extensive knowledge of exclusive opportunities, and conservation easement comprehension, assessment, and implementation. Branif is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients and represents buyers and sellers locally and worldwide. Many of them are repeat clients and are now personal friends.

Branif spends his free time with his wife, Nicole, their two children, and their three dogs, taking full advantage of all that Montana has to offer, including fly fishing, hunting, hiking, and skiing.

Branif Scott is currently a licensed broker associate in Montana and Wyoming—and thoroughly enjoys doing business in both states. He is a member of the Realtors Land Institute, adding value to his clients with knowledge and resources only a land specialist can provide.
